Shipping policy

Shipping time

We strive to provide our customers with fast shipping times, and we aim for an average shipping time of approximately 6 business days. However, please note that various factors beyond our control can influence shipping times.

These factors include the availability of stock, unforeseen incidents, delays caused by postal offices processing and logistical considerations. As a result, there may be instances where the delivery time exceeds the usual 6 business days by a few additional days.

To ensure consistent shipping times, we maintain stock in multiple third party warehouses across the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany and Singapore.

When you place an order with us, we will ship your products from the nearest warehouse to your country. For example, if you are a customer from the United States, ideally, your order will be shipped from our USA warehouse, as it is the closest one to your location. This enables us to deliver your items swiftly and efficiently.

However, in certain exceptional cases, we may encounter stock shortages in the nearest warehouse to your location, for example due to unexpected demand in that region. In such situations, we have two options to fulfill your order promptly:

  1. Alternate Warehouse Shipping: If the nearest warehouse to your country is temporarily out of stock, we may choose to ship your items from another warehouse that is slightly farther away. This allows us to maintain our commitment to delivering your products in a timely manner.

  2. Stock Replenishment: Alternatively, we may decide to wait for a few additional days until the nearest warehouse to your location has replenished its stock. By exercising this option, we ensure that you receive your order from the closest possible warehouse. 

Our team carefully evaluates each order and selects the most appropriate method to fulfill it, then let the customer know via emails. 

 

Tracking your shipment

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification that'll include a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order by pasting it on a tracking website, Ex: www.17track.net.

Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the tracking number's status to become available. Tracking numbers may not indicate any status in the first 48 hours.

If you haven't received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us. (For faster assistance, please include your order number in your email.)
